  1. Prepare all your vegetables and cube your pork
Cook
  1. Heat oil and saute garlic until soft. Add pork and brown.
  2. Add water, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, green chile and seasoning, in a large pot.
  3. Add pork.
  4. Bring to a boil for 15 minutes add pinto beans and then a slow boil for 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Serve with tortillas and plenty of your favorite beverage to cool down the fire!
