Hatch Green Chile Chimichurri

Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup  Young Guns Hatch Green Chile
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. Add the parsley, garlic, shallots, Young Guns Hatch Green Chile, salt, pepper, oregano and red wine vinegar to a food processor. Process until finely minced.

  2. Transfer to a bowl and pour in the olive oil. Mix until combined.
  3. Enjoy!
